Five Levels of Pleasure

This Five Levels of Pleasure workshop offers a meaningful journey of self-reflection and growth. It starts out with a priorities game which gets the students thinking about what they really think is important in life. Next there is a workshop complete with stories, sources, and thoughtful discussion prompts which go through the Five Levels of Pleasure adapted from Rav Noach Weinberg. Designed to support Elul introspection, this experience encourages participants to deepen their understanding of pleasure and purpose.
